How do I begin to tell you how much my family and

You have my eternal gratitude for those Irises!
Your timely and careful shipping was really appreciated.
I arranged them in a large basket so that they resembled
cut flowers. They looked so beautiful that I decided
NOT to order a cake for our Farewell
Certificate Ceremony and Dinner, opting instead
to use the irises as the elevated centerpiece to
great "oohs and ahs". As irises was my
theme, I presented one to each of my students with
the certificate of completion to more or less tie
the whole program together. After all, they had
been with me for nearly 2 weeks all over Baltimore,
Washington, Pennsylvania Amish Country, and New
York City, following a large iris stuck up in the
air and trying to learn their English besides!
Well, they were such a hit that I suspect that there
are 33 edible favors floating somewhere in Tokyo
that have gone uneaten until now! The young Japanese
women, my sweethearts, said that they were the best
