How to Order

  1. Phone - This is the easiest & fastest way! Please call us! We promise to make ordering fast, easy & enjoyable. 561.379.9271 Monday - Saturday between the hours of 10am - 7pm, est. We are happy to answer your questions & place your order.
  2. Click here Online Info Contact Sheet - Please fill out our Online Info Contact Sheet and click the submit button. Brief answers work best! This is NOT an official order form, it's an info sheet for us to better assist you. We will contact you to place & confirm your order ASAP - usually the same day or within 24 hrs. Thank you!
  3. Fax Info Contact Sheet - Please fill out our Fax Info Contact Sheet and fax the form. We will contact you to confirm your info & place your order ASAP. This is NOT an official order form, it's an info sheet for us to better assist you.

Minimum Order requirements

  • Favors: a minimum order of 25 is required when ordering favors unless included in a gift box or other arrangements have been made.
  • Gift Baskets, Boxes, Trays & Centerpieces: no minimum requirements

Custom Samples / Ordering a Sample - please call or email

  • Custom Favors: Because this is a "customized" chocolate business, we know you may not see the favor, basket, giftbox or centerpiece you are looking for on this site. We offer a service to research and make a custom favor sample for your special gift idea. We then set up a personal appointment or email a photo for your approval. There is a non-refundable fee (or a negotiated deposit) for favor, basket or centerpiece samples. However, we will deducted the amount from your invoice if you decide to place an order. This fee covers our cost to order supplies & the time spent researching and making your sample.
  • Order a Sample! We know you sometimes want to 'see & taste'' before ordering for your event! Here's how it works - $30 sample fee plus S&H. The full $30 will be credited to your future order which ends up making your sample FREE. We have many customers who have taken advantage of this offer & NONE have not proceeded to place an order!

Local delivery

  • Because your time is at a premium during the planning & execution of a special occasion, we offer local delivery whenever possible. Please call to inquire if you are within our local area for delivery of your order. Due to recent increases in gas costs, we may need to charge a delivery fee which we will arranged with you in advance. Thank you for your understanding & patience.

Shipping & Handling

  • We ship via USPS & UPS to any where in the USA & Canada. Customized orders cannot always be predictable in weight even with the same item. Weight often changes as per design and quantity. Shipping cost will be estimated & then the exact amt. added to your final balance. We do our best to help keep your shipping cost to a minimum! We take special care to package your order carefully so it arrives intact.

  • Ice Packs! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! For warm months, usually May-September, or shipments to warm climates, we offer insulated boxes that include a ice pack tucked inside the package. This lasts approx. 2-3 days. There is a $6 - $15 fee (depending on size of ice pk & shipping box) for a styrofoam insulated box & cold pack. We highly recommend this for all orders being shipped during warm months or to warm climate locations to ensure your order arrives intact. We are not responsible for the condition of your order if you choose NOT to use our cold pack option.

Shipping & Handling (cont.) - three methods of shipment

  1. Express Mail (USPS) or Overnite delivery (UPS)- priced as per order.
  2. Priority mail 2-3 days (USPS)- priced as per order. We recommend this as the BEST option. It's not as costly as overnite/express & chocolate will last w/ an ice pack for 2-3 days.
  3. Parcel post (USPS) or Ground (UPS) - 5 days - recommended for winter & fall months, insulation may be optional. Least expensive method, but not always recommended. Please inquire with us first.
Methods of Payment
  1. business or personal checks - we will e-mail or mail your invoice & include a self addressed envelope for your convenience in returning your payment. Your order will be started after your check has cleared.

  3. paypal - accepts MC & VISA charge & debit cards. You will need to have an account w/ paypal, however, if you do not , it only takes a few minutes to set one up. (go to www.paypal.com to set up an acct. Paypal provides very 'easy to follow' instructions . After your account is set up, select folder tab @ top of page "send money" enter info@idococoa.com & then amount of your payment. Please feel free to call us if you need assistance. This method is an easy & safe way to make credit or debit card payments over the internet.

Terms and Conditions

  • 50% nonrefundable down payment is due upon placement of your order. Our calendar fills up fast, so this confirms your order, locks in the pricing & secures your event date. The entire balance is due before (shipping) or upon (local) delivery of your order.

  • This is a custom business & the listed pricing reflects a basic price that may be adjusted by the addition of or quality change of various accessories. We will be happy to provide an exact price for your chocolate prior to the placement of your order.
  • our address - listed on our business card & flyer is a business/ office address and is only to be used for payment and mailing information . At this time, we are a 'custom order catering business' and do not have a store to visit. Please feel free to call us with your inquiries.
  • I Do Chocolate Favors is a privately owned company and reserves the right toaccept &/or refuse business at our discretion.
